Good value near Fisherman’s Wharf

We stayed for 4 nights and liked the quiet vibe up on the top floor. Super handy with public transport right out front. Breakfast was basic but good enough with bagels and coffee to start the day. Just a heads-up, our water pressure was pretty weak, and the linens could use an update.

During my stay, the shower was barely functional, and the water pressure was almost non-existent. The bed felt like a hard plank, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I faced issues with the door lock. several times, my key card wouldn't work, and it took too long for the staff to resolve these inconveniences.

The service was excellent, with the manager going above and beyond to resolve a card mix-up, keeping our rooms for us. The public transport access right outside was impressive and made it easy to explore the area.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved exploring the nearby Fisherman’s Wharf and taking a stroll through Great Meadow Park. The room was comfortable, and the free parking was a huge plus for us. Staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Beware of peak breakfast hours, though – it gets a bit crowded. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway!

my stay at buena vista motor inn was fantastic! the room was very clean and spacious, with fresh linens and bath essentials. the location is perfect, within walking distance of fisherman's wharf and lombard street. the front desk was super accommodating when we needed to change to a street-facing room.

The hotel was clean, offering a spacious room with three beds and a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating my family comfortably. The staff were friendly. They were always there to help us out, especially when we needed local tips for sightseeing!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but we found it acceptable for what we got.

During my stay, I appreciated the cozy rooms and the beautiful rooftop deck which provided stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was also conveniently located, making it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions.

I had an lovely 3-night stay in a Beautiful King Room! The location is just steps away from iconic attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, and the rooftop terrace gave us dreamy views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Plus, having free parking was such a game changer!

Enjoyable views from the room and complimentary breakfast options like local fruits were appreciated. However, the room was quite small and showing signs of wear, making the stay less comfortable, especially with limited seating in the lobby for breakfast.

We enjoyed the great location, which made it easy to jump on public transport. My son loved the microwave in the suite. it helped us save time on meals after a long day of exploring. The staff was quite accommodating with our bags.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be more towels for families.

I stayed in a Standard King Room for 1 night. The location is excellent with easy access to public transportation and close to major attractions. However, the room showed signs of age with a damp smell and some cleanliness issues. While the staff was friendly and the parking was a bonus, I believe the facilities would benefit from refreshing.
